Al Met Gala, uno dei red carpet più fotografati dell’anno, c’erano proprio tutte, chiamate a raccolta dalla Signora della moda Anna Wintour, che ha organizzato la mostra annuale del Met, China: Through the looking glass, con la regia creativa affidata al pluri-premiato cineasta Wong Kar-wai.
Tra abiti rosso lacca, ricami maliziosi e scolli mozzafiato, a rubare la scena è stata però Beyoncè, con un abito di Givenchy che poco lasciava all’immaginazione, un velo con ricami preziosi posizionati ad arte. Un podio, quello della più svestita ai Met, che si contende con Jennifer Lopez, altra fan del vestito velato ad arte, ma non troppo. Il corpo di Jenny from the Block è esibito con orgoglio e tanto di strascico (firmato Versace), a mettere in mostra il fondoschiena più famoso dello show-biz. Una classifica, quella delle mise più provocatorie, nella quale non può mancare Kim Kardashian. La star del piccolo schermo statunitense (secondo i detrattori la regina assoluta del trash a stelle e strisce) ha sfilato con il marito Kanye West e poco altro, se si esclude il vestito di paillettes e piume, che ha fatto girare più di una testa, all’evento mondano di ieri.
La sensualità nel DNA, anche sua sorella Kendall Jenner, modella tra le più richieste delle passerelle, si è fatta notare per l’abito ricamato di Calvin Klein, che metteva in bella mostra fianchi e buona parte del fisico tonico e slanciato che l’han resa in breve tempo famosa anche al di fuori del clan televisivo dei Kardashian.
Ad alto tasso di sensualità anche le mise di altre top, che non per caso sono tra gli angeli di Victoria’s Secrets, come Joan Smalls e Jourdan Dunn.
Il tema dell’anno era la Cina, veramente – ma sembra che le star abbiano scelto altre strade…
