Calato il sipario sul Festival di Cannes di quest’anno, quello che resta sono le scelte beauty degli attori che si sono alternati sul red carpet. Scelte che non brillano tanto per originalità ma puntano più sul classico.
Scapigliato ad arte. Parole d’ordine sono scarmigliati, arruffati, come se ci si fosse appena alzati dal letto: la chioma ravvivata con le mani e via, il gioco è fatto. Lo sanno bene i fratelli Cohen, presidenti di giuria, e i francesi Vincent Cassel e Louis Garrel che hanno scelto un look scapigliato, con barba e chioma disordinatamente coordinate, durante la kermesse.
Uomini barbuti sempre piaciuti. Che la barba sia prepotentemente tornata di moda ormai è un dato di fatto, che abbia bisogno di una certa “manutenzione” anche: la più curata è quella di Matthew McConaughey, folta, riccia, quasi biblica. La più trascurata? Quella di Nanni Moretti, molto sale e poco pepe con un effetto che tende a invecchiare il regista italiano. Intrigante invece quella di Jake Gyllenhaal, della giusta lunghezza e perfettamente curata.
Facce pulite. L’appuntamento dal barbiere è fondamentale e immancabile per alcuni uomini, specie quando si tratta di presentarsi a Cannes. Hanno optato quindi per un viso rasato Colin Farrell, l’italiano Paolo Sorrentino, Adrien Brody e il grande Sir Michael Caine.
Menzione d’onore. A Sean Penn per i suoi baffetti da sparviero immancabili e immutabili ormai da anni e per essere stato un affascinante gentlemen per la compagna Charlize Theron.
